Our services in Singapore are DDoS-protected on a best-effort basis. Depending on what you use your service for, certain services are more prone to attacks than others (game servers, for instance).

During an attack, our system automatically switches the affected service onto DDoS mitigation node.

If your service encounters a service-impacting flood, we will notify you. You can also provide us with relevant tcpdump if your service is affected, but not known by us.
