Dear Customers,
Please be advised that with effect from 6 September 2021, our data center provider for SIN03, 1-Net Singapore Pte Ltd, has introduced additional safe management measures for all visitors to their premises, in line with the updated advisory released on 23 August 2021 by the COVID-19 Multi-Ministry Task Force.
As part of these measures, all visitors will need to:
a) complete and submit a declaration form (as provided by 1-Net) [SMM03-19]; and
b) provide proof of their vaccination and/or testing status to Security Officers on-site before access will be permitted.
The proof of vaccination and/or testing status may be in the form of:
(i) A “Vaccinated” status as indicated in the Health Hub or TraceTogether App;
(ii) A valid negative COVID-19 test result based on an Antigen Rapid Test (ART), or a Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Test administered or supervised by a MOH-approved COVID-19 test provider in the last 24 hours before the expected ending time of your visit to 1-Net’s premises; or
(iii) A valid clearance code (green status) for individuals on Rostered Routine Testing (RRT).
